ADLEE provides an innovative platform that connects sponsors of public events such as fundraisers, gatherings, and social events ("Sponsors") with bulletin board owners ("Bulletin Board Owners"). Our Services enable Sponsors to create and distribute virtual or printable coupons for marketing purposes, while Bulletin Board Owners can print and post these advertisements on their physical bulletin boards. Through our platform, we facilitate the marketing and advertising efforts of Sponsors while providing Bulletin Board Owners with a revenue-generating opportunity.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, including but not limited to creating an account, subscribing to our plans, or participating in any transactions through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify ADLEE for any claims arising from your actions.
Consent and Release: By printing and displaying Ads, you release ADLEE from liability.
4. Services Provided
4.1 Description of Services
We facilitate creation, distribution, and management of promotional materials to connect Sponsors and Bulletin Board Owners.
4.2 Sponsor Services
Sponsors can create virtual or printable Coupons and distribute them. Sponsors are responsible for content legality.
4.3 Bulletin Board Owner Services
Owners subscribe to receive and post Coupons. Compensation terms are outlined in individual agreements.
4.4 Subscription Plans
Subscription plans vary in features, pricing, and billing cycles. Details are on our website.
4.5 Modifications to Services
ADLEE may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
4.6 Third-Party Services
Integrations or links to third-party services are not under our control. Use is subject to their terms.
4.7 Service Availability
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. ADLEE is not liable for outages.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees and Charges

ADLEE takes precautions to protect EINs but is not liable for damages arising from their collection, use, or disclosure. Users provide EINs at their own risk.
11.5 Basis of the Bargain
You acknowledge that ADLEE’s disclaimers and limitations are an essential basis of the bargain.
11.6 Exclusions and Limitations
